Three ways to look at the same career

Resumes

My career has crossed several kinds of work, so a single résumé does not tell the whole story very well. These three versions emphasize different parts of the same experience depending on the kind of opportunity.

01

Program Leadership & Operations

Leadership, programs, people, budgets, implementation, and accountability.

This version emphasizes program management, staff leadership, operations, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and ownership across education, workforce development, state government, and business.

02

Training, Technology Adoption & Customer Success

Helping people understand, adopt, and gain value from new tools and programs.

This version focuses on training, professional learning, technology implementation, customer support, adoption, coaching, reusable learning resources, and the practical work of helping users succeed.

03

Event Management & Logistics

Planning, coordination, participant experience, vendors, and all the details that make an event work.

This version highlights large-scale event and program logistics, participant communication, travel, lodging, meals, materials, vendors, schedules, budgets, and the operational discipline required to deliver a strong experience.

“The setting was frequently education. The work was organizational leadership.”
